The Smooth CE 3.7 Elliptical Trainer with

The Smooth CE 3.7 elliptical trainer is at the

However, in order to keep the price point at around $1500, they did have to cut
corners on the Smooth CE 3.7 in a few places. Some of the metal parts were
replaced with plastic ones, but overall this didn't affect performance. While
they may have gone to less expensive parts, they didn't settle for poor quality
parts, staying true to Smooth Fitness' dedication to quality.
The Smooth CE 3.7 is a Good Family Machine
If you have several elliptical users in your
home, the advantage of DMT will be immediately apparent. It enhances range of
motion to work more muscle groups and provides a more intense workout. It also
allows for an adjustable stride, so everyone will be comfortable on the Smooth
CE 3.7 regardless of their height or relative fitness level. If you choose to
use one of the unique Agile modes, you'll be working in a pattern that's not a
true ellipse, working a different cluster of muscles for more efficient calorie
burning and toning.

There are little touches that set the Smooth CE
3.7 elliptical trainer apart as well.
Consumer elliptical reviews sometimes comment on the colorful LCD console
display. While having a multi colored display isn't essential to a good workout,
plenty of users really like this feature. It makes it easier to keep track of
your time, distance and calories burned at a glance. With so much information
packed onto the screen, having an easy way to tell which information is which is
a thoughtful touch.The Smooth CE 3.7 comes with 9 preset programs
that are enough to get you started and you can program in up to 9 more, giving
you some options for various users. You aren't getting as many programs as you
might find with some other elliptical trainers in this price range, but most of
those won't give you the Dynamic Motion Technology or the adjustable stride.
It's a trade-off that works in your favor if you're looking for the most
efficient, intense workout.
As with any machine by Smooth Fitness, you'll get a smooth, quiet ride with the
Smooth CE 3.7 elliptical trainer. If you do run into any problems, you'll also
get excellent customer service support in the event you run into a problem,
which isn't likely. The two year parts and labor plus lifetime frame warranty
make this an even better deal for the money.
