forward on drive shafts that move around the crank at the back, and in a back
and forth motion on a level plane at the front. This works out to an elliptical
motion of your feet on the pedal. This is the same motion or pattern you make
naturally while running or walking. Now, attach skiing style poles to the front
of the drive shafts with hand grips at the top of the poles. Presto! You have
the elliptical training machine.

is so easy to train that people often over exercise at first, simply because it
seemed so easy they did not realize how much of a workout they were getting.

have the capability of being raised into various incline positions. Not only
